Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or cookies and cream flavor)
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional) For added sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder. Mix well.
  • Add the nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture begins to come together.
  • Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and mini chocolate chips, if using.
  • Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  • Once set, enjoy immediately or store for later.

Notes
