Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and cottage cheese. For a smoother texture, blend the cottage cheese if desired.
Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Frank's Red Hot Sauce, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a small casserole dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly. For a crispy top, broil for the last minute but watch closely to avoid burning.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving, and garnish with chopped green onions.
