  • 1 cup cottage cheese Use low-fat for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Let it sit at room temperature for smooth blending.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust based on your spice preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella work well.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced Adds a fresh flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Optional: chopped celery for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken with the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Add the shredded cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Stir until everything is mixed together.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
