  • 1 cup cottage cheese For a creamier texture, blend with Greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheeses if desired.
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions Optional for garnish.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Add as needed.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Stir in the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix everything until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • For a crispier top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
