  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese Use high-quality parmesan for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice Use fresh lemon juice for better flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce For a vegan version, use vegan Worcestershire sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: cottage cheese, almond milk, freshly grated parmesan cheese, light olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese and almond milk and blend until smooth.
  • Add the freshly grated parmesan cheese, light olive oil, and lemon juice, and blend until well combined.
  • Incorporate garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce, blending on high until the dressing is creamy and uniform, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more lemon juice for tartness or salt for seasoning.
  • Pour the dressing into a clean container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.

Notes
