Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base

  • 1 piece flatbread or naan Use your preferred flatbread type.

Cheese Mixture

  • 1 cup cottage cheese Low-fat for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Add more for a cheesier pizza.

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers Any color bell pepper can be used.
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives Optional, choose your preferred type.
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach Fresh or frozen, both work well.

Seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to taste.

Finishing Touches

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing on top.
  • to taste red pepper flakes Optional for a spicy kick.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the flatbread on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, olives, and spinach.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil over the topped flatbread.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
  • If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
