  • 1 cup rolled oats Use high-quality rolled oats for best texture.
  • 1 cup cottage cheese Opt for full-fat or low-fat based on preference.
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) Any type of milk can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup For sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) For added flavor.

Toppings

  • to taste Fresh fruit (such as berries, bananas, or apples) Adds color and flavor.
  • to taste Nuts or seeds For crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cottage cheese, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using).
  • Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers with lids.
  • Seal the jars or containers and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak.

Serving

  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir and adjust the consistency with additional milk if needed.
  • Top with your choice of fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds before serving.
