Preparation

  • Add the cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cottage cheese mixture to maintain a light texture.

Chilling and Serving

  • Portion the mousse into serving bowls or cups.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
