Ingredients
  

  • 1 small banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherry berry blend
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (soy milk recommended)
  • 1/2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Chop the banana into bite-sized pieces for easier blending.
  • In a blender, combine the chopped banana, frozen cherry berry blend, cottage cheese, and milk.
  • Add raw honey and vanilla to the blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired, then pour into a glass and enjoy!
