banana, chopped

frozen cherry berry blend

cottage cheese
1/2

milk of choice (soy milk recommended)
1/2
Tbsp
raw honey
1/2
tsp
vanilla powder or vanilla extract
Instructions
Chop the banana into bite-sized pieces for easier blending.
In a blender, combine the chopped banana, frozen cherry berry blend, cottage cheese, and milk.
Add raw honey and vanilla to the blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired, then pour into a glass and enjoy!
