  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz brie cheese High-quality brie is recommended.
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce This will be the flavor powerhouse.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the can of crescent roll dough and roll it out on a clean surface. Cut the dough into squares of about 3 inches each.
  • Grease your muffin tin to prevent sticking. Place each dough square into the cups, pressing gently into the bottom and sides.
  • Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place a piece on each dough square.
  • Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie pieces.

Baking

  • Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.

Serving

  • Serve warm for the best flavor and texture.
