Instructions
Gather all ingredients and prepare your blender.
Add frozen cranberries, banana pieces, yogurt, and your choice of liquid into the blender.
If using, add vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup to the mixture.
Add ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing chill.
Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth. Adjust thickness by adding more liquid if necessary.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend again.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
