Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Frozen Cranberries
  • 1 large Banana Room temperature
  • ¼ cup Yogurt Greek, plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup Orange Juice or Milk Or sweetened cranberry juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Honey or Pure Maple Syrup
  • 12 cubes Ice

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare your blender.
  • Add frozen cranberries, banana pieces, yogurt, and your choice of liquid into the blender.
  • If using, add vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup to the mixture.
  • Add ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing chill.
  • Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth. Adjust thickness by adding more liquid if necessary.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
