Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to rest.
  • Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about one minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously to combine it with the garlic. Allow to simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the creamy sauce over the chicken, allowing it to cook together for an additional minute.

Serving

  • Garnish the dish with fresh parsley before serving.
