Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth Use low-sodium for better control over seasoning.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Add more for extra creaminess.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese For topping.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz spaghetti Cook until al dente.

Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the sauce over the seasoned chicken in the crockpot, ensuring it is well-coated.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Once cooked, drain the spaghetti and set it aside.
  • After the cooking time is up, shred the chicken using two forks in the sauce.
  • Gently fold in the cooked spaghetti until nicely coated with the sauce.
  • Sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese over the top and serve hot.

Notes
