  • 1 cup heavy cream For the sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the chicken
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust according to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season both sides of the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Carefully place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Making the Sauce

  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and cover it to keep warm.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to come to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  • Gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and a sauce forms. Add more cream if the sauce is too thick.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and coat in the sauce, allowing it to absorb flavors for a few minutes before removing from heat.

Serving

  • Serve the creamy garlic-Parmesan chicken with crispy fries, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
