Preparation

  • Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring each breast is coated evenly.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat.
  • Cook for 6 to 8 hours until the chicken is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Serving

  • Serve over a bed of rice or noodles.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan cheese, if desired.
