Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and ensure each piece is thoroughly coated in the creamy mixture.
  • Transfer the coated chicken thighs to a baking dish, laying them out in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  • Bake the chicken for about 25-30 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving.
