  • 4 pieces bone-in chicken thighs (skin-on)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the baking dish skin-side up.
  • In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, chicken broth, dried thyme, rosemary, and grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the chicken thighs in the baking dish.

Baking

  • Carefully place the baking dish in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Drizzle any extra sauce over the chicken before serving.
