Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 12 oz Rigatoni Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Brown the beef for about 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  • Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  • Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the cooked rigatoni into the sauce, ensuring each piece is coated.
  • Serve warm, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
