Instructions
Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Brown the beef for about 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
Toss the cooked rigatoni into the sauce, ensuring each piece is coated.
Serve warm, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
