Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add finely chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
Stir in chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Add the cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions until tender.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
