Preparation

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add cubed Velveeta cheese to the skillet, stirring continuously until melted and combined.
  • Fold in the cooked bowtie pasta, ensuring it's well coated in the cheese sauce.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and allow it to melt before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
