Instructions
In a small bowl, combine sugar and hot water, stirring until dissolved to create a simple syrup.
Allow the syrup to cool slightly, then mix in evaporated milk and almond extract.
In a large punch bowl, combine the syrup mixture and vanilla ice cream, stirring gently.
Slowly pour in the 7UP®, stirring gently to retain the fizziness.
