Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes

  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes Washed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the fingerling potatoes thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  • Cut the fingerling potatoes in half lengthwise for even cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Air fry the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute.
  • Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes
