Pepperoni Slices

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 3x3 inch squares.
In the center of each square, place mozzarella cheese, a couple of pepperoni slices, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce.
Fold each square over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
Brush the tops of the pizza rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs or garlic powder.
Place the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
