Crispy Air Fryer Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch Pizza Dough Enough for a standard pizza
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Pepperoni Slices
  • 0.5 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Italian Herbs or Garlic Powder for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 3x3 inch squares.
  • In the center of each square, place mozzarella cheese, a couple of pepperoni slices, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce.
  • Fold each square over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Brush the tops of the pizza rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs or garlic powder.
  • Place the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
