Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For breading the chicken.
  • Oil for frying Use enough for frying the chicken.

For the Sandwich

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Fresh romaine for crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Use quality dressing for best flavor.
  • 4 slices sandwich bread Toasted for texture.
  • Parmesan cheese for topping To sprinkle on top of the sandwich.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  • Fry the breaded chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden-brown and cooked through.
  • Toast the sandwich bread slices until golden brown.

Assembling

  • On a slice of toasted bread, add the crispy chicken, followed by chopped romaine lettuce and a drizzle of Caesar dressing.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and close with another slice of toasted bread.
