Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until you achieve a smooth and even consistency.
  • Use a spoon or a small cookie scoop to place dollops of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Flatten each dollop slightly with the back of a spoon to form chips.
  • Brush the tops of the chips lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray to help them crisp up in the oven.

Baking

  • Bake the chips for about 20-25 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through the baking time to ensure even crispness.
  • Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
