Ingredients
  

Waffle Batter

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fillings

  • 1 cup your choice of filling (chocolate chips, fresh fruits, cream cheese, peanut butter, or savory cheese options)

Preparation

  • Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined; be careful not to overmix.
  • Lightly grease the waffle maker if necessary.

Cooking

  • Pour enough batter into the waffle maker to cover the bottom, then add a spoonful of your chosen filling in the center.
  • Pour a bit more batter over the filling, ensuring it gets sealed inside the waffle.
  • Close the waffle maker and cook until the waffles are crispy and golden brown.
  • Carefully remove the waffle bombs and repeat the process with the remaining batter and fillings.
  • Let the waffle bombs cool slightly before serving.
