Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Choose fresh, high-quality chicken for best results.
  • 1 box stuffing mix (10-12 oz)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste Also consider adding garlic powder or onion powder.

Preparation

  • Lay the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crock Pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
  • Stir in the chopped celery and onion until well mixed.
  • Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are covered.

Cooking

  • Cover your Crock Pot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Check the internal temperature of the chicken, aiming for 165°F.

Serving

  • You can serve the chicken whole or shred it directly in the pot.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or thyme and serve with steamed vegetables or a green salad.

Notes
