Preparation

  • Season the cube steaks generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Place the seasoned cube steaks in the Crock Pot in a single layer.
  • Top the cube steaks with the sliced onions.
  • In a bowl, combine the beef broth and cream of mushroom soup, stirring until blended.
  • Pour the broth and soup mixture over the cube steaks and onions.

Cooking

  • Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
