Instructions
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Layer black beans and corn over the chicken.
Pour in the can of Rotel tomatoes and green chilies without draining.
Sprinkle onion powder, ranch dressing, and black pepper over the top.
Squeeze lime juice over the ingredients.
Pour chicken broth over all the ingredients.
Place the cream cheese on top of everything.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours.
Shred the chicken in the pot before serving.
Serve in tacos, burrito bowls, or over salad greens.
