Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups whole milk
  • 16 oz heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Pour 5 cups of whole milk and 16 oz of heavy whipping cream into the crock pot.
  • Add ¼ cup of cocoa powder and ¼ cup of granulated sugar, stirring well to prevent clumps.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of kosher salt.
  • Mix in 1 cup of milk chocolate chips until melted and blended.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 1 hour.
  • After cooking, whisk the mixture again for a smooth consistency.
  • Ladle into mugs and serve warm with your choice of toppings.
