boneless, skinless chicken breasts

barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)

medium
onion, chopped
3–4
cloves
garlic, minced

cup
chicken broth

Instructions
Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and place them in the bottom of the crockpot.
Chop the onion and mince the garlic, then sprinkle them over the chicken.
Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken, coating it generously.
Pour the chicken broth around the edges of the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot using two forks and mix it with the sauce.
Serve on buns, in tacos, over rice, or on a salad.
