Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crockpot: Start by spraying the inside of your crockpot with a little non-stick cooking spray to prevent the dip from sticking.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir everything together until the mixture is smooth and well combined. The cream cheese should be soft enough to blend easily.
  • Add the Cheese: Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Make sure the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the mixture for that perfect creamy, cheesy texture.
  • Cook: Transfer the mixture into your prepared crockpot. Set the crockpot on low heat and cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. You’ll know it’s ready when the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is fully melted.
  • Garnish (Optional): Once the dip is done, sprinkle some chopped green onions on top for a burst of color and a little extra flavor.
  • Serve: Scoop the dip into a serving dish and enjoy it with your favorite dippers, like tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers!
