boneless skinless chicken thighs

heavy cream

chicken broth

cream cheese

garlic powder

Italian seasoning

uncooked ziti pasta

parmesan cheese
plus extra for serving

to taste
Instructions
Place chicken thighs in the crockpot. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, and butter on top.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning over the ingredients. Stir gently.
Cover and cook on HIGH for about 2 hours.
Remove chicken and shred using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
Add uncooked ziti pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Stir gently.
Cover and cook on HIGH for another 30 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave.
