Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pound uncooked ziti pasta
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese plus extra for serving
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken thighs in the crockpot. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, and butter on top.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning over the ingredients. Stir gently.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for about 2 hours.
  • Remove chicken and shred using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
  • Add uncooked ziti pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Stir gently.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for another 30 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave.
