  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts You can also use chicken thighs for more flavor.
  • 1 can green beans (drained) Adds color and balance.
  • 1 box stuffing mix Prepare according to package instructions.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Can be substituted with cream of mushroom soup.
  • 1 cup chicken broth For added moisture.
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Pour the drained green beans over the chicken.
  • Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package instructions and spread it evenly over the green beans.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with the chicken broth until smooth, then pour it over the stuffing layer.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Ensure the chicken is cooked through and shred it with a fork before serving.
