  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen green beans If using fresh, snap off the ends.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • Start by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, coating evenly.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top of the chicken and soup mixture without stirring.
  • Layer fresh green beans on top of the stuffing or spread frozen green beans evenly over the stuffing mix.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot with its lid and set to cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  • After cooking, gently stir the mixture to combine flavors before serving.
