Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to create a smooth mixture.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly on top without stirring.
  • Add the green beans on top of the stuffing.

Cooking

  • Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked and shreds easily with a fork before serving.
