Ingredients
  

  • lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 16 oz salsa
  • ¼ cup taco seasoning
  • 8 medium corn or flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheese your choice

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken at the bottom of the Crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  • Pour the salsa over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce in the Crockpot.
  • Serve warm with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
