  • 2 pounds Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 packet (2.5 ounces) Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

  • Prepare the Crockpot: Place your Crockpot on a flat and stable surface and plug it in.
  • Add the Chicken Tenderloins: Place your chicken tenderloins evenly at the bottom of the Crockpot.
  • Mix the Gravy: In a medium bowl, pour the gravy mix into the bowl, add 1 cup of water and stir until combined and free from lumps.
  • Combine and Cover: Gently pour the gravy mixture over the chicken and cover the Crockpot.
  • Cook on Low: Set the Crockpot to cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, until the chicken is fork-tender.
  • Check Doneness: After 4 hours, check the chicken. If it shreds easily, it's ready.
  • Shred the Chicken: Move the chicken to a cutting board and shred it with two forks.
  • Serve: Return the shredded chicken to the Crockpot and stir to combine with the gravy.
