Instructions
Spray the inside of your slow cooker with olive oil.
Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the slow cooker.
Pour marinara sauce over the chicken, ensuring coverage.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes over the top.
Add chicken broth to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours.
Remove chicken, shred it using two forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
Stir in cheese tortellini, heavy cream, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
Add baby spinach, cover, and cook for a final 10 minutes until wilted.
Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese, adjust seasoning, and serve.
