Preparation

  • Start by placing the chicken breasts in your slow cooker, ensuring they are arranged in a single layer.
  • In a separate bowl, soften your cream cheese. Mix it together with the cream of chicken soup and the ranch seasoning until smooth.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts and use a spatula to coat them well with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Once cooking time is complete, remove the lid and shred the chicken inside the slow cooker using two forks.
