bell peppers, sliced

fajita seasoning
for serving
tortillas (flour or corn)

Instructions
Place your choice of chicken or beef in the crockpot. For chicken, cut into smaller pieces for even cooking.
Add sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the meat.
Sprinkle fajita seasoning generously over the meat and vegetables.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
After cooking, shred the chicken or slice the beef, mixing it with the veggies.
Serve hot in tortillas or over rice, garnished with your favorite toppings.
