Crockpot Fajitas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken or beef (your choice)
  • 2 pieces bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 piece onion, sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • for serving tortillas (flour or corn)
  • for serving rice (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place your choice of chicken or beef in the crockpot. For chicken, cut into smaller pieces for even cooking.
  • Add sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the meat.
  • Sprinkle fajita seasoning generously over the meat and vegetables.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • After cooking, shred the chicken or slice the beef, mixing it with the veggies.
  • Serve hot in tortillas or over rice, garnished with your favorite toppings.
