  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat Choose a good quality
  • 1.5 lbs Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Chopped
  • 5 tablespoons Butter Cut into pads

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  • In the crockpot, place the beef stew meat on one side and the baby Yukon gold potatoes on the other.
  • Season both the beef and potatoes with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.
  • Toss the beef to coat it evenly with the seasoning.
  • Add chopped garlic on top of the beef and potatoes.
  • Place the pads of butter evenly across the dish.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours.
  • Once cooking is complete, stir the mixture and serve warm.
