cream cheese, cubed and softened

pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite)

heavy cream or half-and-half

chopped parsley or extra Parmesan for garnish

Instructions
Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt over the chicken.
Pour in the chicken broth.
Add grated Parmesan cheese, cubed cream cheese, and minced garlic on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Shred the chicken in the crockpot with two forks, then stir in the cooked pasta and heavy cream.
Serve warm, garnished with parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
