Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 1 32 oz bag frozen homestyle meatballs You can use homemade meatballs if preferred.
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce Adjust sweetness as desired.
  • 1 cup grape jelly Can use less to reduce sweetness.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce Enhances flavor.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Adds depth to the flavor.
  • ½ tsp chili flakes Optional, for a spicy kick.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Spray the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Layer the frozen meatballs evenly in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce and grape jelly, whisking until smooth.
  • Stir in soy sauce and garlic powder into the sauce mixture.
  • Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently turn to coat evenly.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
  • After cooking, stir gently before serving to distribute the sauce.

Notes
