  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/4 cup juice) This adds sweetness and texture to the dish.
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce Choose a BBQ sauce that you love for the best flavor.
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced Adds depth of flavor.

Garnish

  • to taste green onions or chives, chopped For garnish and added freshness.

Preparation

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine BBQ sauce, reserved pineapple juice, and minced garlic. Stir well.

Cooking

  • Place frozen meatballs evenly in the crockpot.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring each is thoroughly coated.
  • Scatter the drained pineapple chunks over the meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours, stirring once or twice during cooking.
  • After cooking, garnish with chopped green onions or chives.

Serving

  • Serve over rice or enjoy as appetizers on skewers with toothpicks.
