Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Mix thoroughly to create a well-balanced sauce.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is generously coated.

Cooking

  • Set your crockpot to low for 6 to 8 hours or to high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Cook until the chicken easily shreds with a fork.

Serving

  • Shred the chicken if desired and serve it warm over rice or alongside steamed vegetables.
