Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) frozen pierogies
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced finely minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  • Chop the onion finely and mince the garlic.

Assembly

  • Layer the frozen pierogies evenly at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the sliced kielbasa over the pierogies.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth, then pour over the layered ingredients.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and set it on low heat for about 4 to 6 hours without lifting the lid.
  • Gently stir the mixture to combine all layers before serving.
