  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger in the slow cooker.
  • Add chicken thighs or breasts to the slow cooker, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the sauce.
  • Top with pineapple chunks.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
  • Once cooking time is up, remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred if desired.
