Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak Ideal for shredding after cooking
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning Key for classic fajita taste
  • 1 cup beef broth Keeps steak moist during cooking
  • Tortillas for serving Flour or corn tortillas can be used
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, cheese, salsa Customize to your liking

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the flank steak at the bottom of your crockpot.
  • Add the sliced red and green bell peppers along with the sliced onion on top of the steak.
  • Mince the garlic and sprinkle it evenly over the vegetables.
  • Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the steak and veggies.
  • Pour one cup of beef broth into the crockpot.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and set to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the steak using two forks.

Serving

  • Serve the shredded steak and veggie mixture in warm tortillas.
  • Add your favorite toppings like sour cream, cheese, or salsa.

Notes
