  • 1 bag Tortilla chips Choose high-quality, sturdy chips.
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or a blend works well.
  • 1 can Black beans Drained and rinsed.
  • 1 large Diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeños Sliced.
  • 1/4 cup Green onions Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream For topping.
  • 1/2 cup Guacamole For topping.
  • 1/2 cup Salsa For dipping.
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped, for garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For drizzling.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap much.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese over the chips to cover them well.
  • Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil over the layered chips to enhance the flavor.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
  • Remove the nachos from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Top with chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, dollops of sour cream, and guacamole.
  • Serve with salsa on the side and enjoy your crunchy nachos!
